I am start thinking to move somewhere....

The state of NY allows carry conceal, If I were you I would promptly seek this license. I think it's about $50 and a class that you have to pass and thats it. In my opinion, if this is the second time, than you are lucky to still have your life, this should be an awakening for you. Take advantage of the laws that so many struggled to get passed for the law abiding citizen to have the right to protect themselves. Most likely there will be a next time, and people have been killed on the streets of NY for way less than an ipod and $3!
